And if you’d like to take things further with official certification courses, recognized all over the world, which will give you more independence and let you go deeper, as well as access to wrecks, night dives and more… then a course is the way to go.

How does a try dive work?

How do the courses work?

  • They usually run over 3 half-days – choose the course that matches your level.
  • You’ll follow a program that helps you grow in the underwater world and push your limits.
  • You’ll learn a range of skills which, once mastered, will earn you your certification.
  • No hidden fees: you’ll dive as many times as needed until you’re certified.
  • You’ll receive a certification recognized worldwide.

About guided dives:

Did you know?

To study the underwater world, Alexander the Great had a watertight barrel built in 325 BC, open on one side only, which trapped a bubble of air once it was pushed underwater. This barrel, known as the “Colympha”, became the first man-made diving device.

    Depending on the weather, the theme you’d like to explore and where you’re staying, we’ll choose the most suitable dive site for this experience.

    Prices:

    – 1 dive of about 40 minutes underwater: $103 or 185 XCG

    2 dives = $138 or 249 XCG

    Courses:

    Open Water:

    This is the first diving level. It runs over 3 half-days and then lets you dive independently down to 18 m (60 ft) – for less than the price of a try dive.

    Price:

    $550

    Next comes:

    the Advanced Adventurer,

    where you’ll start exploring different diving specialties, such as wreck, deep and night dives.

    Price:

    $495, including 5 dives.

    To keep going, you can move on to:

    the Diver Stress & Rescue,

    which teaches you rescue skills specific to diving. It’s a fascinating course and an essential step if you want to become a dive professional.

    Price:

    $550

    Once we’ve agreed on your booking, I’ll send you a payment link through a secure platform so you can pay a 40% deposit, which is deducted from the total.
    I’ll refund this deposit within 24 hours if, unfortunately, something beyond your control forces you to cancel. You can also reschedule up to 72 hours in advance (subject to availability).
    On the day, you simply pay the balance of the standard price.
