Je vindt er reuzencactussen, wilde orchidee\u00ebn, leguanen, parkieten en, met veel geluk, het Cura\u00e7aose witstaarthert, een ondersoort die alleen hier voorkomt.<\/p>\n<p>De ster is de <strong>Christoffelberg<\/strong>, zo\u2019n <strong>372 meter<\/strong> hoog. Niet heel hoog, maar wel een echte wandeling: reken op 1 tot 1,5 uur klimmen, met een vrij steil laatste stuk waar je je handen nodig hebt. Paden leiden naar verschillende <strong>boka\u2019s<\/strong>, kleine baaien uitgesleten in de kalksteen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Boka Tabla<\/strong>: de bekendste, met een grot waar je in kunt afdalen om de golven met een indrukwekkend gebulder naar binnen te zien en horen stromen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Boka Pistol<\/strong>: hier worden de golven door een smalle rotsgang geperst, met hoge schuimfonteinen en een knal als een geweerschot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De stranden in deze baaien zijn ook legplaatsen voor zeeschildpadden. <strong>Zwemmen doe je hier niet<\/strong>: de zee is veel te
